What about the resulting estrogen level? Whenever I do bloods after 5 weeks my estrogen is lower than my natural level. I don’t use AI and I use HCG daily 120iu.
For example, my natural testosterone was 17.4nmol with estrogen 66pmol
Recent trt readings testosterone 20nmol e2 42pmol!
Yes I need to increase my dose 50% but as you can see my e2 to T ratio dropped massively from natural. If I gave it say another 6 weeks, would my e2 continue to climb until it reaches somewhere near my natural ratio, or is it already at maximum production after 5-6 weeks on a protocol?
Things are a little different now because you used to make estrogen inside the testicles as well as through aromatisation (brain, bones, fat tissue etc.) and now you are only making estrogen through aromatisation. Stop chasing numbers or trying to get levels where you want them because this is a flawed approach, levels in the blood are nothing compared to how much estrogen is in the tissue.
The labs are only part of this equation, symptom resolution is far more important and you’ll never get symptom resolution trying to get the numbers where you want them because you can’t compare the tissue concentration with blood concentration.
You’re more than likely will not be able to achieve the natural ratio you had when natural because so many things are different. You can come closer to these ratios by adjusting injection frequencies.
