I’m prescribed 200mg trt per week. If I was actually taking 500mg how long would it take for my bloodwork to show the same numbers as when on 200 a week. As in dropping back to 200 for a bit from 500 how far out should bloodwork be?
That depends on what ester of test you’re using. Generally speaking, 5 half lives is the number of time it takes for a drug to be considered “out of your system” but when I go from blasting 500mg/wk of test C and want to go back to TRT levels of 175/wk, I take a week off of pinning and it’s (theoretically) right back where it should be.

Five weeks for test C. 35 days will put you in your prescribed range. If you take your last blast shot on Friday, the next week start your 200mg dose. It will take 35 days to normalize, I’ve done this a handful of times, five weeks is always the right number.
