How Long Does Cooked Meat Keep?

I went to Northeastern Thailand once and they let beef strips hang outside drying in the open sun for a while. They deep fried it and served it with a pungent spicy sauce that gets my nose runny.

I think that the whole 3-4 days is for old fridges and those who have a weak immune system, i will give a shot at cooking twice a week on sundays and thursdays instead of rushing to the store daily. Thanks you everyone.
