Well i don’t have any PL experience but with halo it’s very toxic to the body so I would keep it to 3-4weeks max.
The advice I can give is prob don’t experiment going into comp. If you haven’t used it before you have no idea how it will effect you. You may feel like total garbage and be unable to properly train which would mess up your prep.
A lot of folks add it in for the last heavy block and run it through the taper into the competition. The taper period varies dramatically based on the level of the competitor though.
