How Do You Eat Your Vegetables?

I use mine as filler, as well as to get a ton of nutrients, and have found that lightly steaming them is the best way to go.

Not only does it make them more enjoyable, but steaming has been shown to “open up” most vegetables, making the nutrients more easily absorbed by humans.

Steam broccoli for 5 minutes and your golden.

Can’t beat steamed broccoli.
