How Do You Drink That Much?

I second the hot sauce idea, works wonders. Or you can do like ol’ boy Ronnie Coleman and throw some Suger-Free Tang in there. Everyone like a little tang now and then, never seen a man turn it down.

Anyway… also, trying useing a large straw, I find it easier to suck up more water faster. And the icecubes don’t get in the way. But room temp water is easyier to get down cause it don’t give you brain freeze. But ice water burns more calories.

This is a myth that fat housewives use. You will not lose any extra weight by drinking ice water.

I thought so.

Your body has to warm it up to your body temp, therefore burning more calories than if it diden’t have to do this. Now, I’m not talking about tons of calories here, don’t go on the “Cold Water Diet”. But anything helps.

Nah, it does burn more calories. But the difference is infintestimal. Your body expends slightly more energy heating the water.

Right. It helps a slight bit.

Bourbon and Cola, followed by car bombs … then tequila shots, chased with beer.

That usually does the trick for me.

'Course, sometimes I do as the poet suggested and get one bourbon, one scotch, and one beer.

Hahahhahaha

Now that’s what I’m talking about

Shieetttttt son.
Just meditate and think of how great water tastes. Youre gonna end up loving it…
Personally i get disgusted with pop now, its gross. Erm…soda for all you non-Chicago people.

But yeah, just be patient…youll get to love it.
The tip about adding lemon/lime is a damn good idea for starters. Try that.

I used to drink 1 glass of water every couple of days but then I just forced myself to drink water. Now I average about 6-8 litres (1.5 - 2 gallons) of water a day and I find that easy. Actually, I dont feel right unless I drink that much.

Just start getting the stuff into you, you will love it soon.
You drink 6-8 litres of water a day? What THE FUCK? Do you spend your life in the bathroom? Filling up out the tap and taking a piss continually. You’ve taken it to the extreme dude, I just make sure i get 2litres of pure water straight out the tap eacdh day, along with the litre of milk and tea I drink.

I wouldnt recommend ice water, especially after doing strenuous exercise, the cold water shocks your body, and can be bad for your heart. Your body is warm and you are going to shock it with cold water to lose 2 calories? take two extra steps, and there u lost the cal’s.

JUST A REMINDER:

If you decide to go with green tea, or anything with a warm/hot temperature… DO NOT PUT IT IN PLASTIC. In fact, you shouldn’t be drinking WATER out of anything but plastic #7, and even that’s bad. Xeno-estrogens are leeched into water by EVERY type of plastic - heat exasorbates it, and I would reccomend drinking filtered water (using a Brita filter) out of a glass container.

And yes, citrus is a great addition, except when you’re lugging it around all damned day - that shit gets NAFF after a bit.
I want to second what this guy is saying. He is totally on the money.

Plastic water bottles/jugs/etc. all leech estrogen analogs into the water.

It’s a total fuck-up that its like that… Plastics are baddddd for you…

I didnt realize I had a pop problem until I didnt have one for 2 days and got a caffiene headache. First my goal was only 1 pop a day. Then it was one a week. I started having sprites and sierra mist or lemonade. Even though I they still have sugar it got me off the cola. After a while you dont really care about pop and start replacing with water. Soon you realize how good it is for you and feel like shit when you have a pop. Worked for me. I lost weight too.
