I had one teacher in particular that was hotter than that. And about 3 others that were on Par, I think my school got about the top 5 hottest teachers in Canada it was fucked up. Funny thing is one of the on par ones pretty much straight up hit on me she was about 23, after class request shit, I pussied out, never told though.
Maximum of 20 years in prison??? Holy shit! Do you even get that many years for second degree murder? I mean, I know this is the maximum someone can face, but that’s insanity.

I had heard about this one a month or so ago. While she was a teacher at his school she was not his teacher. Also they did not actually meet at school. Supposedly she did not even know that he went to school there ( at least initially)
She has only been charged. It doesn’t mean that she is guilty. How do you know that the 18 year old hadn’t bragged to his friend(s) that he was hitting it and when confronted by the police, lied to save face? Kids are fucked up today and will say anything to protect a lie, regardless of the cost to others. For the majority of high school kids today it’s about image, not substance.

Wisdom in that. We’re speaking in the abstract, discussing what the penalty should be for such action, but it’s not yet proven this woman actually did what they’re accusing her of. God knows there’s enough cases of kids crying wolf for petty ulterior motives.

Yes, teachers really do have considerable power over students. Particularly in a scenario where the the students are busting ass to try and make it into a decent college. Grades could be used to pressure sex. Or more innocently, the teacher might err on the easy side in grading the student they’re fucking, even if unintentionally.
If your boss is doing performance reviews and gives you a mediocre one, thus affecting your income for the next year… but gives his secretary a glowing review after she blows him in the back room, are you telling me you’d be cool with that?
In another scenario; some teachers, as authority figures, may hold a great deal of sway in how their student develops as a person. In some cases the relationship almost takes on parental tones, especially in cases where the parents may be lax. Anyone who’s had an excellent coach can probably relate; even though they’re not necessarily a parental figure, a similar sense of authority and trust may develop.
If that’s the case, then the teacher who abuses that trust to get their rocks off deserves some time in the slammer. Not 20 years, no, but some time and the loss of their career sends a clear message.
Sure, she’s hot – but she fucked with the system, and in doing so may have affected the education and/or trust levels of students beyond the one she took to bed. It calls the credibility of the grading of all students under her watch into suspicion.

Honestly, if I did tell my friends I’d at least wait 'til I was out of highschool. Because that leverage thing is going to come into play. I bet that’s what happens in all these situations where some kid snitches:
Boy bangs teacher.
Boy tells friend.
Friend thinks he has a shot so he tries to bang teacher.
Teacher refuses.
Friend upset that he can’t smash so he rats both of them out.
i was 18 when i signed up for the Marines. he could do the same thing. yet he is not adult enough to make a decision who he sleeps with? whether she gets 20 years or not, someone needs to look at this law.
I know it goes against the grain but I think these are not considering intent. I know of a case in Az. where a Male teacher had a brief affair with a student. He did over 10 years. I do think he exercised poor judgment, but I do not think his intention was to damage the child, I think like Laterno. I know of cases that happened in the 70?s that the student and teacher laid low until Graduation and married after.
