Here’s a great one that was taken at the Mr. Olympia after party this past October in Vegas. I was a bit drunk and had to get a picture with this specimen. The verdict is still out on whether it’s man or woman.
Here’s mine…from April 2003, 184 pounds and 6.6% BF. Not much size, but had lost some lean mass coming down from 290 pounds over the prior nine months. Now focused on re-gaining the lean mass but not the fat.

They had to repair a rare, high rectus abdominal hernia…I’m lucky to do calf raises right now.
But I promise to keep my word.

Ok, try this one more time with a resized photo… I hate this pic as it’s from about 4 months ago and I had to shave my head after losing a bet (don’t ask). 6’6 305lbs 21" arms 54" chest.
