Look, if someone is confused about their “gender identity” there’s a really simple test they can perform. Look down between their legs. If there’s something there that looks like a sausage then they use the men’s room. If there’s not something there then they should use the lady’s room. I can hardly believe I need to explain this to an adult.

If there was a law for this it would not apply for a random guy simply wanting to enter a girls toilet. So far your best counter argument for this is “We shouldn’t do it because someone might break the law”.

The only reason for the current bathroom labels are because its what is socially acceptable. If something else is socially acceptable then its just as valid.

I don’t know what kind of toilets they have in Australia but where I’m from there are 2 things that mainly occur there, neither are forced labor and we even allowed to leave when we’re done.

I don’t know what’s it’s like where you live, but where I live public toilets have little signs on the door indicating whether they are intended for girls’ use or boys’ use. If you don’t understand why these signs exist then I would suggest you are mentally deficient.
