I’ve loved coming here for the last few days and reading what people have to say.
1.) It makes me want to get a dog more and more. This weekend would be a great time b/c the ‘ball-n-chain’ is away till sunday. I’d love to surprise her for our anniversary with me getting a dog for myself!
2.) Good information/thoughts on guns. I’m not opposed for multiples.
3.) Funny stuff.
4.) Someone out there is killing dogs for fun and thinks we will think he’s badass for doing so. (Hint: we aren’t all dog-haters here, find another crowd somewhere else)

My next dog WILL be a Rot. My girl isn’t too keen on it (b/c she likes boxers) but I’m gonna get myself one; and have it professionally trained.
And having a shotgun while it’s growing up/being trained will be nice as well.
A cane corso is a good compromise between the two breeds.

Friggin awesome man! Thanks!
Athletic and muscular are two words wiki described the Cane as. This dog is a T-dog for sure!!
Check this picture out:

That’s one badass dog.

Yeah, to me a Cane looks like a boxer that powerlifts and eats dog food laced with D-Bol.
Great pic btw.

Think you get attacked by some of those in doom.

You must be a pretty sick puppy to want to do this. I doubt you are badass, just psychotic.
Why do you hate dogs so much?

I don’t kill dogs for a living. I don’t hate dogs, I just don’t like dogs…because:
Now who in their right mind would want to keep something like that around? So now - who is the real psychotic? That’s right, it is dog lovers.
The dogs I have killed have either been at the request of others, ones that came into my yard, ones that ran up to me while I was out running, or ones that belonged to people that pissed me off (I only did this kind of thing as a teen).
So as you can see it isn’t like I go about every day killing dogs - but there are so many of them around I invariably run into the stupid critters quite often. Where I live the city people drive out and dump their dogs, pet pigs, or whatever and expect them to fend for themselves.
Just the other day I was composting my garden and a truck stops in the road and drops off two pretty big pit-bulls and drives off…and you can’t have wild dogs running around the neighborhood.
In any case my point is that dogs are not good security equipment - as they can easily be defeated…even if you are not a bad-ass…

I’m not trying to be a dick, but I’m picturing Dwight Schrute saying that.

My dogs do none of things you have listed, aside from barking at night because something steps on my property, which I appreciate. I appreciate the companionship they give me. One was never trained and the other is professionally trained to be very protective.
I’ve witness my dog rip a stray/wild dogs leg off. Numerous cayotes have been left on my porch too. Not good security equipment my ass. Im sure if you saw my Doberman bolt at you, you would shit your pants.
Your a fucking psycho.

I’m not sure what type of plants can survive where you live. go to a garden center and get some spiney, spikey plants and plant them around the windows. you can find some that will survive in your climate zone. you will find nice looking ones that have beautiful blooms and many bear a fruit that birds like and some that you can eat. these plants will eat anyone that trys to go through them.
maybe some of these would work
wintergreen barberry
scottish rose
sea holly
buffaloberry
dwarf chinese holly
pyracanthas
devil’s walkingstick
leatherleaf mahonias(I have the variety called grape holly. I love it’s look and it will spike you)
cactus.

his location said Massachusetts. not sure what types of cacti could survive the winter.
I’m not sure about what to do for security. If someone really wants to steal someting they will find a way. I used to live in downtown c-bus and It was a little scary. If your familiar with the area i lived on schiller park, people got robbed and mugged in the park all the time. My jeep was stolen two weeks before I left for europe last december. sadly they recovered it, I was kinda hoping for an insurance pay out.
anyway for security have a gun really. I have a remington 12guage I kept in my room, make sure you know how to use it. I also kept it loaded with #12 shot so hopefully I wouldn’t miss or kill anyone and it wouln’t go through the house which is a possibility with a handgun or rifle. besides i would rather blow some bastards knee off than kill them. then everyday they would have to remember that stealing shit was not a good idea.

You are deluded…in any case funny you should mention a doberman. That was the last dog I killed. A chocolate one to be exact, while I was going for a run. The owners sat and watched their dog and laughed as it took off out of their yard after me. By the time they got to me and their dog it was over.

Good for you, you killed a doberman. Was it trying to rip your hand off or was it just bothering you like your average dog? However I still stand by my opinion. Most dogs arent trained like my doberman. I wouldn’t be surprised if some kind dog killing moron ended up on my front porch.
Please don’t feed the trolls.
“The Italian Mastiff” is now in #1 position for a new dog next year.
It’s gonna be a fucking monster; a well-trained monster.
Why do people need guns to feel protected?
I don’t want to say it…but you Americans scare the fuck out of me sometimes. Just install a home security system! Jesus.
My dad hunts and we have a wide range of guns at home. However they are all locked up and same with the ammo. If someone came into our house we wouldn’t even be able to get to the guns in time. I guess since you don’t have children (maybe you do, but I don’t know) then guns aren’t a terrible idea. However if I had kids I would not want them to accidentally finding a gun.
Ahh…Canadians.
Did you guys get CD’s yet?
Still waiting on Cindy Laupers new Tape to come out?
