just messing around today establishing what I want to do on tuesdays in the gym

Today is my day off from the gym and on wednesdays I usualy dont do anything.

I tired, holding hardly any water and havnt ate much.

So to combat this im setting myself a goal to see how bloated I can get in the next 4 hours.

I plan on consuming the following:

*2+ weight gainers
*4 ltr of milk
*4 taccos

  • 2 danish pastries
    *couple of bars of chocolate
    *what ever is made for dinner
    *what ever else I can find

I want to bloat my self with an extra 3-5lb on the scales

I will keep an update every hour or so.

This will be a set thing on a wednesday from now on running all day in a big to hit 80kg before the 23rd of this month I will also do this on a saturday when Im at work. Im going to boost my usual calories from around 4700kcals per day to 5500kcals and add a shake a day and load creatine.

Im 76kg today though that differs and goes as high as 78kg. But I want 80kg+ morning weight.

Im off to the shop to get more milk and snacks…

I have drank two litres of chocolate milk, 500ml of pepsi max, ate one huge cookie, a huge bag of haribo and two danishes.

god a serious bloat appearing, going to have 25mins break and attack it again

ok I just woke up apparatly I fell asleep soon after posting but some how managed to gain another 1lb and a half

making a total of $lb of bloat

its only 12 days til Im off on holiday and have lots to do so training is sparce, using this time as a long deload. expecting big things from the next training cycle when I get back. not sure if I will make it to the gym today too much to do and not enough time. Eating is going well with plenty of shakes on top lol maybe over kill dont know lol

Didnt manage to get into the gym today.

I have increased my calories to a shade under 6000 and have noticed although I have dropped two pounds(though I have walked around 20+miles the last couple of days) that Im looking alot bigger and I have loss body fat( I now have full on abs lol) next week I plan on completeing 5 full body training sessions and work my self into the ground before I go on holiday. I have 11 days before I go. Break as many PR’s as possible before I head off on holiday. Plan will hopefully see me complete some of the following:

While I remeber I have lost an inch off my waist and was ran over today and now my left forearm feels beat up lol never mind

havent had the best day today. after recieving some bad news, I decided to walk to the gym, on the way I got into a fight with a man with a knife, lucky i didnt hesitate and dropped him with a right hoock and then threw him over a small fence and carried on to the gym with my heart racing.

found a great local mma club that im going to start training at on monday

it traing mon-fri for 3 sessions and is relatively cheap

they train free time in the afternoon with the coach there and then on a night they rotate philapino boxing and thai boxing followed by jiu jitsu

i will also be back in the gym on monday

lifting will be kept simple and calories will be cranked up high

lost abit of weight on holiday as the food was terrible and the heat was alot more than I expected

Cant wait to start training!
