ok the DC idea was the plan but after being ill for the past two days it never happened. Got into the gym today to see there is two new hammer strength machines, 2 new cable attachments and more space in the free weight area, which is always a bonus.

Thanks. My pressing is way off at the moment but thats only a slight glitch, it can be sorted. My body weight has fallen slightly but thats my own fault for slacking to be honest.

Yea, me to. I havent been missing any workouts or anything, but my diet has been shit.

Went to the doctors today. They think its a problem with the circulation in my hands. I was given aload of info to read and if I agree I will be given a course of tablets to improve circulation. Was told its nothing too serious but its something Im stuck with.

I think the problem in my pressing is confidence with the weight more than a drop in strength. I have perpously picked a lighter weight than usual and skipped on reps in order to add reps each time and increase confidence.

Today I did some light deadlifts, rackpulls, 2 sets of standing abs and some D bar pull downs. Felt wiped out. I think im not going to deadlift for a while and improve a few areas before coming back to them. Here are a few goals I want to hit before deadlifting again.

good session today. feeling alot stronger and most weights today were easy but had no spotter on the bench stuff. my large t-shirts are now tight and people are commenting on how big and lean im looking so im feeling good. no idea what i weigh right now and not too bothered to be honest.

Ok so I wont get to train again this week simply because life is busy this week. I will use this time to feed up. I may have a new training partner soon but we will see if he ends up like the last one or not. Talked to a lad I used to do kickboxing with and we mentioned me returning to the ring at some point and we both agreed that it would be best to enjoy christmas and new year period and return at the start of 2009.

I am excited about this as I feel once my fitness is back up to speed I will cause people a definate problem in the ring. There is a fight night on the 5th of next month that I may attend just to get my face saw and start organising a return. Im feeling good at the moment and my appetite is insane at the moment.

Life has been hectic as I keep posting and things just got crazier. Got some bad news yesterday which is going to play a big part of the next month or so. Gym time needs to be kept to a minimum but that doesnt mean Im stopping, it just means I need to train smarter and more efficient. Im playing with the WS4SB2 template alittle.

I will hit the gym tomorrow. I need to be fitter and stronger at this moment in time and not worry about looking good. Posts may be alittle random but my log will be kept up to date.
