When you stopped SERM, E2 may have been a problem that shut down your HPTA, then later you have low T and lower E2 is expected. With E2=22 and low T, you are getting estrogen dominant. You can taper off of Arimidex too. Some will cruise on low dose if that is what is needed to manage there estrogens or gyno. Glad to here that DIM feels right.
