High Estrone, High DHEA

Hey guys! Long time lurker here. I ran a test only cycle about a year and a half ago (10 weeks 500mg with arimidex during the cycle and nolvadex for 4 weeks after as pct).

I realized immediately with the test that I felt better than I had in a long time. Obviously 500 mg will be supra physiological levels of test. But I just felt happier, clearer thinking, more will power, more energy, and I started getting morning wood for the first time in years. I felt more like myself. So it dawned on me, “hey maybe I should get some fucking blood work done.”

Fast forward a year, and I went to an anti-aging doctor just because I have not had great success with doctors in the past regarding blood work, and I figured he would have more knowledge of my situation.

Blood work came back with Total test at 619, but my Estrone is 75 and my DHEA is 973! My free test also seems a bit low to me.

First plan from the doctor is for me to lose 20 lbs. I am 29 6’2 220 lbs sitting around 16-18% BF.

Here are my blood results. Any input is welcome as I am still researching all of these results.

Cholesterol, Total 211 (100-199) Doctor noted this is a bit high, but not a huge concern
Triglycerides 92 (0-149)
HDL Cholesterol 56
LDL 137 (0-99) High, noted diet/exercise should correct the good and bad cholesterol

TSH 1.070 (0.450-4.500)
Triiodothyronine 3.6 (2.0-4.4)
Reverse T3, Serum 23.3 (9.2-24.1)
T4, Free (Direct) 1.51 (0.82-1.77)

Cortisol 18.7 (2.3-19.4) Seems a bit high to me
Testosterone Serum 619 (348-1197) I would like to get this up
Free Test (Direct) 11.9 (9.3-26.5)
LH 9.3 (1.7-8.6)
FSH 7.3 (1.5-12.4)
SHBG 51.5 (16.5-55.9) Seems like I should be able to lower this
Esterone 75 (12-72) Why the fuck is this so high!
Estradiol 20.6 (7.6-42.6)
DHEA 973 (31-700) Why the fuck is this so high too!

I am not taking any supplements or PEDs. Doctor really thought I might be taking some DHEA supplement with values like that. I am not. I eat meat, veggies, fruit and lift 3-4 days a week. I go back in for another bout of blood work in 6 weeks. I am also waiting on the results of saliva cortisol testing. Thanks in advance guys!
