High estrogen pre cycle (natty)

STATS: 21yo, 66kg, 178cm, 15% bodyfat (visible abs and shoulder vein, etc)

I want to start pinning 250mg of test E

BUT

My estrodial is through the roof. Which is obviously really bad. It’s just my genetics because i don’t drink or do anything to have high E. When I was 18 I developed unilateral gyno during a dirty bulk phase where I put on 18kg of weight in 3/4 months (peaked at 84kg)

Would like to have you guys input on this matter.

my recovery is bad despite sleeping 8.5hrs daily and eating. My strength is awful I can barely bench my bodyweight and barely squat my weight despite having training since I was 15. I’m tired of being so inferior and am willing to accept the side effects that come with suppressing my natural testosterone. Even if it means living 20 years less. So that being said, should I take very small doses of arimidex prior to starting the cycle and then getting my E measured again or should I just pin my weekly 250 test EOD and then take arimidex accordingly?

Also I’ve developed unilateral gyno (1 sided gyno) when I was 18 during a dirty bulk where I gained 18kg in roughly 3 months (peaked at 84kg), I’ve since then slowly and steadily lost weight to 66kg over the 2.5yrs. But the gyno remained. It’s nothing crazy, but it’s definitely a lump and is there on my left nipple only.

Edit:

side affects like acne, gyno, balding, infertility, water retention, mood swings, addiction, illegality, lifespan shortening - I’m aware of all of these sides.

Then you need to work with Andrea/endo. Doing a cycle of steroids is not gonna help you. It’s gonna fuck up your hormone profile while you’re still developing.
Find out why your estrogen and prolactin are high.
Nobody is gonna tell you it’s a good idea to use hear at your age unless you have a medical condition that warrants it.

Dont do it… your Test looks good. If you are really that worried about your estrogen, why dont you look into some supplements to help control it? So you are 5’8 and 145 pounds, or so?… Ill tell you right now, you are not training to your potential. Are you eating properly to fuel workouts, what are you doing for workouts?

Vitamin D, Calcium D Glucarate, DIM, Zinc…

I’m 178cm which is 5’10.5, I’m training but not with any plan or progressive overload to be fair.

Diet is a little random to be honest and I haven’t tracked in a while and I don’t take any supplements

What im about to say is not with any rude intent, at all. Just want to clarify first.

I am your exact height, 5’10.5-5’11. When i weighed 170 i looked sick. Skinny fat. Now im not saying thats what you look like, but you weight 145 pounds, correct? There is no way your training and diet is optimized.

I have never followed a plan or program, but i prioritize progressive overload and more than anything, intensity. Working to and past failure was what really transformed me. With all that hard work, comes increased food/recovery needs, making sure you are eating well, enough protein, good whole foods, is what will take you to the next step..

You want to jump to steroids and you are not even using progressive overload. Start tracking your lifts, (i was never compulsive about this ie: ok this week i go up in 5 pounds") and utilize ACTUAL intensity. You might need a workout partner to get the actual forced reps and pushing to failure you need. Learn how to actually workout and eat properly. You dont need gear, your test is good. You are not working out properly. Period.

I see a pattern here. You are not progressing, but you are also not taking it seriously. Guess what happens if you add steroids to that. You’ll get a little bigger, but also sloppier. Then when you quit as most people have already stated your hormones will be a mess and in a worse position than before you started. You are too young, but your habits concern me even more than your age regarding anabolic use.

Most young folks aren’t gonna listen anyway as a suspect you won’t. So if you do it for the love of God, train right and eat right. When you lose all of that new tissue post cycle, don’t come back and say we didn’t tell you so.

I will eat and wont miss a single day unless theres an emergency when im on cycle because I know it’s a limited run (8/12/16 weeks) and I want to make the most of every last drop of exo test, meaning 8hrs sleep every night, consistently, vitamins, sunlight, exercise, social life, meal prep, etc.

Because I know it’s such a limited run and there are so many side effects and it would be a waste to not maximize everything during the weeks on cycle.

A single run of any AAS is very close to worthless as far as positives go, and you put your natural testosterone at risk. The terminology started calling AAS use as “cycles.” And that is because how they are used to continually (in cycles) make progress.

what if I keep cycling for 10 years so I don’t lose the tissue in my twenties and then HCG afterwards

Why don’t you wait until you find out if you have sufficient androgen binding site density to make additional testosterone a true benefit?

So, get your protein and training up and see how well muscle comes to you naturally
