@grinnin I might add that you, and other people equally as ignorant as you, continue to state that this is my opinion.
It isn’t an opinion.
I have doctors contact me several times a day. They tell me what is working for them and what isn’t working for them. Things they are trying with their patients and the outcomes. Research you haven’t even seen yet that isn’t even public. THEY are teaching ME. I take these teachings, without taking them for granted, and apply those same strategies on myself and on guys that reach out to me to see if I can DEMONSTRATE that what these doctors are saying is true. Guess what? It’s true! You’re going to compare this to reading thousands of posts on a public forum, where any idiot can share their opinion, and stating it as accurate and demonstrable research? Are you serious?
So for once and for all you are saying we should ignore high E2? Do you believe an E2 of 200 pg/ml would have zero effects? My god all this talk of you having “countless” evidence. Lol please post it, I posted a research paper. Where is yours?
Defend yourself @dbossa, because all I can see is words with zero literature to back it up. I have already posted one piece of literature.
You’re not going to get an argument from me about high estrogen not causing some of your symptoms, but extremely high testosterone can cause symptoms as well. Now if you have high estrogen and testosterone is still high enough not to expect symptoms, then what’s going on is clear cut, estrogen dominance.
I did and I know what you are referring to. Yes men felt better when E was given. But that is when their E was low! We already know E is important but take it too high and it causes issues.
Men who had <5 E2 when given exogenous E felt better but men with normal E when given exogenous E felt a decline in sexual fantasy’s, libido, mood.
Also if you truly knew the medical literature on E and libido you would know that it is not directly related to the serum levels of E2. It is thought that the actual aromatization process is responsible for driving libido.
Men who lacked the aromatase enzyme but who were given exogenous E did not feel better when compared to men who had the actual aromatization take place. The enzyme and actual process is needed for Libido and well being.
The fact that you used a E2 level of 200 in your arguments demonstrates zero understanding on the subject. Estrogen is converted from testosterone. How much testosterone would a man on TRT need to have to acheive levels of 200?? What are you even talking about? Visit my Facebook group, ask how many men there are with E2 over 100 who have their libido through the roof (there are a ton). Ask them if they have any issues. Find out what THEY are doing that you are NOT doing.
Watch the videos with the doctors explaining this. Then contact those doctors yourself and tell them that they are imagining what they are doing with their tens of thousands of patients. By all means!
Who is talking about giving exogenous E2??? What are you even talking about?? I’m not telling men to take exogenous E2! Estrogen is being raised by raising testosterone and everything stays in a balance!
This is your research?? I think you need to start over.
Please tell me who can manage tens of thousands patients? I can ensure you it would not be effective to manage that many patients you are spewing bullshit numbers.
Twenty plus doctors can’t manage tens of thousands of patients?? Did I say that this is coming from one doctor?? One doc in our group has 5000 patients by himself!
This is just a number to over exaggerate your stance. You believe estrogen has no bearing on well being, libido, or functioning of the mind. This could not be further from the truth.
If you are trying to get a following off of your YouTube channel, I think you need a new avenue. I am medical based in my experience and in my studies. Medical research is something I am no stranger too. And given my background I can ensure you I have the foundation to argue your validity.
It’s a stupid test. E2 is irrelevant with optimal free T levels and it stays in a balance ratio with T. Nobody is taking exogenous E2 to purposely throw off that ratio/balance UNLESS they have a deficiency in aromatise where they actual require some exogenous E2 to maintain healthy levels.
I can agree e2 will follow T naturally but higher Free T is not always the answer. Do you see what I am getting at?
It’s okay to have free T mid range or higher and have E2 follow naturally to an appropriate level.
But you are saying take Free T sky high and as a result E2 will climb high. Which I am saying Too high of E2 can cause issues when taking Free T to the levels u suggest.
That’s great! I’ll tell you what: let’s setup a live webcast where you can join with the likes of Dr Mark Gordon and others and get your medical foundation’s ass handed to you by them. I won’t even open my mouth. I’ll just sit there quietly eating popcorn.
If you actually have a medical degree, with the statements you made indicating zero understanding on the subject, I feel bad for you.
Why stop at 200? Why not 2000? Or 200000? They are all equally irrelevant. The highest I’ve seen so far is 122 and the guy is having sex three times a day. What am I supposed to tell him? He shouldn’t be feeling good and should take an AI immediately? His free T is 50.
Take the MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED TO RESOLVE SYMPTOMS whatever that amount is. MOST guys I deal with who are symptom free have their free T over 30.
I have zero medical degree. This was all taught to me directly through physicians doing this for a living. This is common knowledge. I’ve never said I have a medical degree.
