High E2 on bloodwork with no symptoms

Hi i just got my bloodwork done through my trt provider. Long story long i was at one clinic for about 8 weeks who started me at 180 a week 1 time a week. I switched to an online provider (been here for 8 weeks so 16 weeks total on) that of course prescribed the “cookie cutter” clinic dose of 200 a week but split into 2x a week i got mild acne issues so i went to 3x a week which resolved the acne issue mostly. I did an injection sunday morning at 10 and got blood drawn Tuesday morning at about 9 they only did total T which was 1247. The estradiol came back at 76 pg/ml. Which is out of range but i have no symptoms that i can think of should i be even slightly concerned or just keep everything the same until i see some sort of symptoms? Thank you in advance!

High testosterone, High estrogen. They follow each other. I wont even address E2 until I start feeling itchy nipples. Even things like. holding water, generally seem to level out. So, no, I dont think you have anything to be concerned about. Just keep an eye on side effects, but personally, i dont mess with my e2. AIs have caused me WAY more problems than just letting my E2 ride as high as it wants (as long as no side effects)

Thank you thats what i figured especially since even the slightly sensitive nipples i had when i first started havent come back i assumed that would be the first thing that would show back up. Ive gathered from all the ppl on here that AI’s are pretty much last resort for most. Appreciate the response.

I would not be worried personally

Thank you with all the “I crashed my estrogen” horror storries from using AIs i figured i should let it ride just wanted confirmation from more experienced minds! As always, appreciate all yalls help!

Add calcium d glucarate as it has been shown to very slightly drop e2 if you start to see sides.
