I’ve started turinabol only cycle 20 days ago running 50mg per day along with milk thistle to help my liver. I noticed my systolic blood pressure is really high, ranging from 145 to 170 whole day. I’m taking magnesium, coq10, c vitamin, d vitamin and omega 3 fish oils. Most of the time my blood pressure is 155. I’m not talking about diastolic blood pressure as it doesn’t seem to be in unhealthy range.
How can I lower systolic blood pressure for this 40 days left on the cycle?
My family seems predisposed to high blood pressure, but I never had a problem with it. It was always fine, before cycle it was ranging from 115 to 125 (systolic again).
Even though I have never done steroids, I will go out on a limb and posit that steroids (at least this particular one) are not for you. BP that high is no joke. I would stop now and do whatever PCT is necessary.
Systolic bp in the 140s would be somewhat normal for many using 50mg tbol daily
Hypertension is a well known adverse side effect of AAS, however 140 can typically be brought in line with dietary modification, cardio and supplements… 170s on the OTHER hand… nope… get off the tbol lol
I generally draw the line at about 145 (140 if for longer than say a couple weeks)
I have mesaured it for last two days a lot and it seems to be mostly 150 most of the time, rarely it spikes up to 160-165. Do you still think I should stop with turinabol?
I will try to take a two day break from turinabol to see if it helps. Blood pressure could be high as I gained 9 kg in 4 months as well… I will keep you posted, thanks for the help.
Should I try to lower the dosage to 40mg or even 30mg per day and see if blood pressure drops?
In case of it dropping below 145, should I just run the rest of the cycle on lower dosage?
