HGH Protien Fragment 177-191

I’ve been using this peptide for 3 days now. Before starting, I tried to find as much info as I could, but there really isn’t much out there…so…figured I’d get this thread started, so that we can all find more info on it.

Day 1: took 150mcgs SQ, ab area, about 1 hr before going to the gym. Gave me a feeling of warmth, comparable to high dose of ephedrine.
Day 2: took 200mcgs…admin. the same, same effects.
Day 3: about 250mcgs…admin. same. felt warm, but not as intense as the 1st 2 days.
on all 3 days, I also had, and E.P.S. within 45mins of taking, so it had a laxitive effect on me…not sure if this is how this peptide is supposed to work, but this was my 1st 3 days.
tomorrow I’m gonna try 150, IM, and see if I notice any difference.
anybody else that has tried this peptide, please give your ex…lets get as much info out as we can.

day 4:…stuck to SQ again…200mcgs, no E.P.S. this time thankfully… but very intense warmth…more so than day 1…has anyone else tried this peptide yet??

no, but i am interested in what your experience is, keep us updated

DezZ

Day 5: probably about 220mcgs, SQ,…got the warmth feeling again…had a very good workout, lots of energy…
so far I would def. say this peptide is workin…feelings of warmth each time used, and after only 5 days…I think I do see a small difference in my mid-section def. I’ll keep postin every day.

today did between 200-250mcgs…same feelings…no E.P.S…workouts are very intense right now…if this peptide is helping to cause this…I’m very happy so far

finished using the Protien Fragment.
Every day that I used it…I felt warm like I had takin Ephedrine…and had a very good workout. now that all is said and done, I did notice the effects…my lower abs are more noticable now. as for recommending the product…I’m not sure.

The effects were very similar to using ephedrine, or clen…with a little bit of spot reduction tossed in. when taking cost into play as well…ephedrine, or clen is a better deal, (as you get a much longer lasting supply for less) UNLESS…your tryin to clean up a trouble spot (eg lower abs), be it for a comp. or for that upcoming Mexican vaction…in that situation I would say the Protien Fragment would be a great addition. I’ll probably use it again some time…(before a vacation)…and see if the results are the same.

I’m with ya on the warm part Bushy, don’t think I would ever use it in the summer…I’d be a mess…

So you ran this for what, like a week or so?..there is so little info on this peptide, I can’t help but be skeptical…

Now wait the 3rd phased trial drug being developed by Metabolic (the Aus company) says its an oral - AOD9604

Does the Protein Fragment 177-191 result in the same exact effect as the oral under development?

Or is it like night and day - like Andriol and Test depot?

Hmmm…Neva mind…right there on the website.

[i]Metabolic’s Oral Peptide Delivery Platform

Metabolic scientists are in the process of validating a drug delivery platform which could be used to redesign existing injected peptides to enable oral uptake. This technology is based on an understanding of the structure of Metabolic’s obesity and osteoporosis drug, AOD9604, a peptide drug which was found by Metabolic to be inherently orally available (can be swallowed rather than injected).

The vast majority of peptides (fragments of proteins, or very small proteins) are broken apart by digestive enzymes or acid in the stomach and intestines before they have a chance to be absorbed into the body tissues, so most peptide drugs cannot be taken by the patient-preferred oral route and are usually injected. The injected route of administration usually limits the commercial value of peptide drugs, even though they can be very effective drugs with good safety and tolerability profiles, because their design is often based on natural molecules. The ability to convert any of these peptides to oral drugs could have significant commercial value.

While it is not expected that all peptides will be able to be redesigned for patient-friendly oral delivery, so far an analog (version) of Metabolic’s peptide pain drug, ACV1, has been designed which has shown very good oral activity in animal efficacy experiments. A range of candidate compounds in this class are being screened and fine-tuned to identify the most promising candidate for potential development as an orally dosable drug for neuropathic pain. The data with ACV1 provide proof-of-concept for this platform and application of this technology to other high value, injected peptide drugs is now underway.

Metabolic’s Oral Peptide Delivery Platform has the potential to be used by other companies developing peptide drugs. This could be a significant value driver for Metabolic if high and consistent oral activity can be demonstrated. About 40 peptide drugs are currently commercially available, about 10 are awaiting registration and 600-700 are in various stages of development, most of them injected drugs. If only a small proportion of these could be converted to oral drugs, as has been demonstrated with ACV1, this could provide a significant number of licensing opportunities for Metabolic and a possible medium-term cash flow. It could also be an important source of new drugs for in-house development by Metabolic.

took it for about 10 days…like I said, seemed similiar to taking ephedrine, with maybee some spot reduction…the little info I was able to find…some people liked it…some felt nothing, and got no rsults from it…it’s way too new to find any thing definitive.

TTT
any new developments on this?
Anyone using it with positive or negative results?
