HGH Post Surgery AKA Recovery Cycle

Im going under the knife yet again to repair some shit the last doc missed… Not so bad just taking out some scar tissue and shaving down my AC joint in left shoulder… Recovery 4-6 weeks
For optimimum recovery Im thinking 5ius HGH per day every day and 100-150mg test cyp per week… I’d like to get my hands on some deca but think maybe its a waste considering I wont be training…

Granted a clean diet high protien and lots of low impact cardio
My fear would be the HGH would speed up scar tissue build up or promote growing of the freshly sawn off bone/cartilege which I dont want… Even though I get my test & HGH legally I’ve found that surgeons and PT’s clinch up when I mention the stuff so no help advice wise there… So if you have any expeirence here I’d appreciate the input…

i think you bring up an interesting point about speeding up recovery too much… but cartilage typically has little blood flow, so that’s why joint injuries are so slow…

are you on HRT, and that’s how you get test and hGH? if so, then i’d use whatever dose you’re prescribed so you don’t delay healing…

i think in these circumstances, deca or EQ would be a nice addition for the cartilage synthesis properties…

Yes on HRT now… Right now I take 100mg test cyp weekly & 4ius per day HGH on 5 off 2… I’ve heard deca is great for joints floods them with water but for deca I’ll have to go with a bro and pay street price… Not sure its worth it in this case… I was thinking bumping up coral calcium as a good sup & drinking more milk… So you dont think bumping the HGH a tad is worth it in this case?

Deca has definitely helped with the cartilage in my right knee. A WHOLE FUCKING LOT. I took 200mg test and 400mg deca per week, and the recovery time went to about 1/3 (based on the last time I had the same injury). I wonder what would have happened with HGH. Anyway. 3mg per kilogram of BW of deca, increased the collagen synthesis by 270% in week 2. So frontload it, and have the same effects from day 1. Good luck with your rehab.

Thanks bro.. Yeah I’ve had the same injury and last time I recoverd in 90days 100% naty so I figured 5ius per day HGH plus 100-150 test cyp with good rehab, clean diet, & regular sex I could knock a month of recovery time.. I think the deca would be better used for injurys that take 3-6 months to heal unless your a making a living with your bod..

Do you guys think the Test C is a waste when recovering? Im pretty sure the HGH is the ticket but Im asi asi on the test… Not saying its bad just thinking maybe its better served for a blast down the road if it doesnt do much for healing since lifting will be blah…
