I’m 15 and want to start doing hgh mostly for height and also muscle growth my main concern is that I heard It closes growth plates early so how do I not do that and be safe on it
I’m going to go ahead and preemptively call anyone that tries to answer the direct question you’re asking incredibly irresponsible.
What did your parents say when you brought this up to them?
@TrainForPain ill directly answer it.
Young man it is a Dumb fucking idea…
Come back when your a adult .
I’m glad I didn’t grow up with social media. I’m 5’3 and my height never occurred to me (or anyone else) until like 2015 when for some reason height became the biggest deal ever.
I actually considered and researched roids back in the day when I was like 20 but never did it, I’m glad I didn’t because the side effects are not worth it whatsoever.
But anyway, OP you really don’t have to worry about your height or anything like that. I saw a guy my height walking around with his wife and 4 kids today, and I see plenty of guys under 5’8 with gf’s and all that. Height doesn’t matter nearly as much as social media tells you it does.
Well, you gave him the real answer… not the one he was asking for. Good show here.
At no point did he mentioned a physician … so one has to assume hes doing it on his own.
No kidding. Do kids not respect their parents as much as they do internet strangers? That’s a pretty concerning trend on here.
Its called a lack of respect.
My question is where would he be getting money for it.
I’m the parent of a 14yo in public school. Sadly, the schools and state recognize them as able to make their own medical decisions and readily tell them their rights in that regard. Which is particularly asinine, because as the parent, I’m on the hook for said medical decisions.
That said, if kids are being told they have autonomy over their medical decisions, it’s no surprise they would want to use AAS.

This isn’t just an internet thing. Kids will always think their parents are clueless goobers and default to ANY other adult.
I guess the scary part is how many more idiots the Internet opens the kid up to
lol it all starts from here … at 15? Really !? Did you do any research? Just quit . Quit thinking about all of it actually . You’re going to get so much crap from everyone . Dumb kids
You can’t not do that, and you can’t be safe on it. There is no safe dose, and destroying your long-term health in the hope of possibly getting taller, which is not even guaranteed, isn’t worth it.
I know, I know, adults giving you the whole “I’ve been your age, you haven’t been mine” thing is fucking annoying. But as someone who was young not that long ago, your brain is simply not developed for long-term decision-making, nor will it be for a decade assuming you’re male (and I’m pretty sure you are).
If you want to be taller and build muscle, I have really, really good news for you! You will get taller, likely for another half a decade, and if you start weight training and eating at least somewhat logically, you can be an absolute beast in that amount of time! Start a training log on this website, and tons of highly knowledgeable people will help you along the way.
It’s going to be a long and slow process, but the next five years will go by no matter what. If you want to be big and strong in that time, you definitely can be. You’re at a great age to start! It’s going to take a lot more consistent work than just injecting drugs, which again, will not give you the results you’re imagining they will. But that’s what’ll make it even better, looking back knowing you truly achieved something. And I guarantee you won’t be thinking about your height at that point.
Again, I was a young man not that long ago. I seriously considered taking steroids at one point. I took recreational drug use to a very dangerous level. I used to think my hips were abnormally wide, and that I’d need corrective surgery. I made plenty of posts on T-nation, which I’d link but I don’t remember my username at the time, asking about drugs, surgeries, and why my testosterone levels were abnormally low (they weren’t, I just didn’t ever commit to weight training consistently, then wondered why other kids were buffer than I was).
Start the log and change your life young man!
Probably from his parents. There are plenty of teenage athletes with rich parents who pay for their gear.
Or he just has no idea how expensive real HGH is.
