To get back on topic, how will you be able to know if the HGH Frag 176-191 really helps you lean out? Obviously from your avatar you know how to get in shape so I’m not trying to diss you in any way. But you start out with a good amount of bodyfat, and IMO it’s harder to gauge the efficiency of a PED such as HGH Frag 176-191, since getting back into discipline mode alone will work wonders in itself at first.
It’s in the “latter” stages of leaning out that you get a better feel, no?
Or you’re so in tune with how your body reacts that you think you’ll be able tell?
