Interesting read about insulin sensitivity and GH replacement therapy.
Provides some nice insight in why leanness is associated with the GH use.
What also interests me is it doesn’t seem the GH replacement was administered with IGF-1 which would go against some conceptions of the exogenous GH only being effective for fat loss in conjunction with IGF.
Unless I missed something about IGF being used…
