That being said, the guy was shot 5 times. he called friends up to come take care of it. Talk about premeditated.

Think about it, he had to have murdered before. Common sense would tell you over two days to calm down. They stood over the guy and shot him twice! Even if he didn’t pull the trigger, he is going to jail on conspiracy to commit murder.
Yeah, no shit. “Here, have a dream job and live a fairy tale life.” is apparently leaving something to be desired.
No freaking kidding. Why doesn’t this shit get to happen to me? I wouldn’t even think of committing murder. Hell, they just gave you 40 MILLION DOLLARS! You got girl problems? Girl cheat on you? Get a new one with your 40 million buck. You got problems with a broke semi-pro player? Let it go maaaan.

I hope he is miserable. Totally on board with your idea for the Patriots to sue his ass for the money
Living the dream?

Nah with that kinda money you have no more taste for cars or women or houses…youve made it.

The only thing that satisfies you is taboo…blood.

Think French Aristocracy leading up to the revolution
Only if you’re the Marquis de Sade.

French aristocracy leading to the revolution was more about attempted self-preservation than anything else when things started getting hairy.

Prior to that it was wanting to live the big life in style at court, while simultaneously neglecting their duties at home and calling for heavy outlays of money to sustain their life at court. No blood to speak of, just regular greed and shortsightedness.

Yes, they are not going to throw Hernandez in the general inmate population. That would be baaaad.
You mean good?

Um…yeah…we don’t talk about that…

On an odd note, the last thread I remember you posting in was one about prison. Some guy’s prison story on some forum. I remember you asking what happens to Asians who end up in prison. Then you disappeared. I admit, I figured you went to prison :stuck_out_tongue:

A little tribute song to Hernandez… The refrain really drives it home. For any Deadheads, this is really rare footage.

It won’t be tight long.
Per ESPN forums: He goes in a TE comes out a WR
:-o

He should be ok in prison if he hangs out with his gang affiliates. Or do what Suge Knight said he did in prison to be safe, pay somehow for protection.
He’s a big dude with an attitude and a willingness to fight, I really think he’d be ok, unless they gang up on him. But he could put people in the hospital if they try one on one. Once he’s convicted, he will be in general population at some point.
I couldn’t handle prison, I would be the most raped person in history.

Hernandez would probably be fine in GP. He’d be a celebrity.

You know what just dawned on me, and is wild speculation, but fun to think about:

What if, Hernandez is just a violent criminal, and always has been? And what if, bear with me, this ends up uncovering the fact that University of Florida was involved in covering up or otherwise impeding investigations into one of their star players?

What if this ends up sinking Gainsville like Penn State?

What frightens me about the case is basically the recent history of high profile cases. I think it’s pretty clear he did it. The evidence puts a 45 cal in his hand, locates him near where the body was found minutes before and minutes after the murder, in between where shots were heard.
I think motive will be easy enough to establish once they talk to all the witnesses and accessories. I would be cutting deals with his pals to sing.
Still, all the defense needs is reasonable doubt. Unless they can get one of his friends to role on him as an eye witness, there were no witnesses.

So your the defense, give me your arguments based on the current evidence that he did not do it.

I think the pat’s need to go ahead and multiply his misery, sue him for breach of contract and try to get their signing money back. It may not work, but it would make his life that much more miserable.
Yeah I was talking about this exact thing with someone at work today. Unless they turn up the murder weapon with fingerprints or get someone to rat, I don’t see anyway the prosecution can absolutely prove Hernandez pulled the trigger. Especially with a good lawyer, I don’t see him getting more than 15 years.
I would think they should be able to pull his finger prints off the spent casings. Unless he wiped them down and put them in with gloves on, there should be finger prints all over it.
This is why you need a revolver for murder. No spent casings.
It’s not advise, just thinking about stuff, but he doesn’t appear overly smart. If they get the prints off the casings, they don’t need the gun. It would sure help, but I am pretty sure the gun is in the ocean.
The oils that leave fingerprints are burned off the shell when fired.
I would think this would burn the prints in. I’ll check my casings next time I got to the range and see if I can see my prints on them.
Well, I went to the range and checked a few casings after I was done. You could see prints on it clearly, they are burned in like I suspected. So if they match the prints from the casings around the body as Henandez’s, verify those bullets came from those casings they won’t need the weapon.

How fucked is Hernandez, Legal Analyst?

Well that would have to be the gun that he used in the murder. Just having a weapon does not make you a murderer.

Well, Lloyd was shot with a .45. The prosecutor found out that there was a .45 Glock registered in Hernandez name and recovered a magazine. Thats like 3 out 4 things that points to Hernandez.

When will the first batch be distributed?
pat wrote:
Well it does not appear that anybody has beat me to the punch, but I think this deserves it’s own thread as it’s going to be interesting to watch everything unfold. He was denied bail for the 2nd time today. It looks like they are going to be able to tie him to other murders as well. I think he is guilty as fuck.

There’s nothing like taking a selfy with the murder weapon

So here’s your thread for all things Hernandez related.
Is that blood on his hands in that picture?

I don’t get it. Here lots of money and workout, don’t get in trouble. Okay, get married, have a few kids, entertain myself with family, hunting, and football for a few years while I invest my money into small companies and stock market. I would get away from all life of crime.

They don’t need to absolutely prove anything. They have to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
