What frightens me about the case is basically the recent history of high profile cases. I think it’s pretty clear he did it. The evidence puts a 45 cal in his hand, locates him near where the body was found minutes before and minutes after the murder, in between where shots were heard.
I think motive will be easy enough to establish once they talk to all the witnesses and accessories. I would be cutting deals with his pals to sing.
Still, all the defense needs is reasonable doubt. Unless they can get one of his friends to role on him as an eye witness, there were no witnesses.

So your the defense, give me your arguments based on the current evidence that he did not do it.

I think the pat’s need to go ahead and multiply his misery, sue him for breach of contract and try to get their signing money back. It may not work, but it would make his life that much more miserable.
Yeah I was talking about this exact thing with someone at work today. Unless they turn up the murder weapon with fingerprints or get someone to rat, I don’t see anyway the prosecution can absolutely prove Hernandez pulled the trigger. Especially with a good lawyer, I don’t see him getting more than 15 years.
I would think they should be able to pull his finger prints off the spent casings. Unless he wiped them down and put them in with gloves on, there should be finger prints all over it.
This is why you need a revolver for murder. No spent casings.
It’s not advise, just thinking about stuff, but he doesn’t appear overly smart. If they get the prints off the casings, they don’t need the gun. It would sure help, but I am pretty sure the gun is in the ocean.

The oils that leave fingerprints are burned off the shell when fired.

False, did you see The Dark Knight?

I wonder if he’ll still be a tight end if he if ever he gets out?

He might be a “tight end” in prison if things take a turn for the worse.

Drunk British and Sober British are on two entirely different ends of the intelligence spectrum. Kind of worth repeating though isn’t it?

I would think this would burn the prints in. I’ll check my casings next time I got to the range and see if I can see my prints on them.

It won’t be tight long.

I was sorta on the fence with Hernandez but with the suspected murder, his connection with 2 homicide last year, his possible involvement with a nightclub shooting, assaulting a bar owner, and his apparently connection to gangs I have to wonder; How did this guy make it this far in life? Honestly.

He should be ok in prison if he hangs out with his gang affiliates. Or do what Suge Knight said he did in prison to be safe, pay somehow for protection.

Are you guys serious? Hes a high profile athlete. There is no way he’s ever going to be in contact with the general population.

Yeah, Radio said this morning he is already in PC, and is likely to spend the rest of his life there…

Yes, they are not going to throw Hernandez in the general inmate population. That would be baaaad.
