Help with Workout Plan While Using Gear

I don’t even know where to start? I’ve heard of guys hitting every muscle group two or three times a week. I don’t know what to do. I’m going to stick with squats, dead lifts, bench and power cleans w/ a couple of supportive exercises but just not sure how much and how long or will it change at all while on gear? Any ideas or thought would be great

Man if you honestly need to ask this please put the needle down.

Then don’t.

Got it. Just trying to ask for some advice and I got. Thanks. I guess I need more research. Haven’t done it yet. Thanks for the advice

I know the truth hurt I get it but I know everyone does different routines and I’m asking to see what u guys think is the best because you guys know. I’m trying to be safe and mature about it all. And I’m starting out. I know that. I’m asking the pros. Everyone started out somewhere right? I’m just asking and taking in all the knowledge I can but I do stuff. The internet can’t tell me everything but experience from others like you guys can add to the book and internet knowledge.

Before I do stuff*^

Not trying to be a dick but you have the right attitude about it atleast. If you have the gear save it it takes forever for it to honestly go bad. Take 6 months to a year ATLEAST and learn how to properly train.

If you get a good base and learn what works for you, then add some PEDs you will be better off in the long run. A lot of guys who jump on the juice early look back and wonder how much of what they did was them and how much was the drugs. I also think that guys who put their time in learn to love the sport and are more apt to be doing this for their entire life, drugs or no drug.

Geez, the guy is asking a pretty fair question. I’ve been working out for 4 years and there is so much conflicting info on the net that I try to learn as much I can through forums like this one. I think he’s just asking guys with experience how to maximize his results.

No he said he has np idea at all how to train. He was then given a fair answer.

Yup!
If you have no idea of how to train without the juice and you add it, you still are left with no idea how to train.

I know how to train off juice. Just not on. Sorry if you thought that. I’ve been training for over 13 years and seriously for 5-6 years. I’m 29 years old , 210 pounds, right now at 10 pbf(holidays).

Training on gear and off gear are not much different if at all man.

ok, thanks and sorry for confusion

I just wasn’t sure if I should train more often and longer while on due to the faster recovery time and protein synthesis and what not. and if a 4 day split or hit every muscle grouping once or twice or more a week is better? or just do the big stength exercises and how often? I sorry if I’m beating a dead horse with these questions, just want the best results

Its completely dependent on the individual and the goals. Even being on gear your body can only handle so much. You can generally train more intensely but, remember your still not superman so pay attention to your body. I train 3-4 times a week tops so dont think you have to be in the gym 7 days a week and pulling 2 a days. You need just add a little here and there and see how you handle.

thanks and much appreciated

Tj, those were the same questions I had recently and the info you got pretty much came to the same conclusion. Sux that it took so long but it goes to show that others can benefit from your own questions.

yeah thanks, that was my fault… I wasnt specific enough to get the answer I wanted and needed… appreciate the help

tjweirich,

Although I spend my time cruising I have only one blast under my belt so I’m far from an expert. That being said, you will find zero difference in the way you need to train on gear. I do think some extra aerobic work will help your final produce but be smart with it; don’t hit it the day before heavy legs. At no time should your protein slip below 1g/bw. You may also want to look into giving blood at about 8 weeks to bring down your red blood cells.

There is one thing I found different when I started my TRT and really noticed when I did a light blast. I could run harder and faster; I am sure it had to do with the elevated red blood count as previously mentioned. Great for long distance training but not so good for the heart.

It sounds like you are ready to take the leap. My apologies for thinking you had not put your time in the gym. Please keep us up on your blast progress.
