Help with My Bloods?

I am. I chose hcg originally to kill 2 birds with one stone, pregnenolone stimulation and testicular appearance. I feel like your trying to be intentionally argumentative or you just didnt bother to read the whole thread.

Ok, I wasn’t, but I understand how printed words can come across sometimes. That’s what threw me, taking pregnenolone made more sense, which you were, but advocating hCG for it. I know no one taking hCG to correct low pregnenolone, they take pregnenolone. No problem, did not mean anything at all.

Regarding FSH and LH, just trying to save you some money. I had no idea who ordered the tests.

Sorry perhaps my high estrogen is making me over sensitive lmao. Thank you for not jumping down my over presumptuous throat lol.

A little update on this. Its now been over a week since stopping daily hcg injections and i have dropped the hcg entirely this week so far.
I also took an extra 12.5mg aromasin as it just felt the right thing to do.

My mood has improved no end and i nailed the wife twice yesterday with only around one hours break in between. And i mean nailed, she got it good I was as solid as a metal pole so something is going right lol.

I wont fill the thread with accounts of conquests but i will come back in 3 to 4 weeks with updated bloodwork results to show where im at and to compare the numbers with how i actually feel, which is obviously more relevant.
Hopefully it may offer something in terms of help or even encouragement to someone reading it in the future. Well, if things go well of course.
Thanks

One thing i am unsure of is would hcg effect my lh or fsh numbers? I was under the impression it simulated, not stimulated. I may likely be wrong, i dont claim to know everything.

Its just odd that the legitimacy of the hcg is brought into question yet ive felt a marked improvement since ceasing its use. I suppose coincidence is always a possibility.

FSH and LH are already crashed so you wont see a diff there. Regarding feeling better off of your hcg, who knows what the fuck you were taking.

Should the hcg of raised the fsh and lh numbers though? I thought it simulated ,to make you produce testosterone. Not stimulated those. Its an answer I should know but im second guessing myself

The HCG should stimulate they pituitary to generate FSH and LH to engage the testes thus raising test and keeping them engaged in the HPTA loop.

Thats what iv been using, purchased from united pharmacies whom ive gotten countless products off over the years with no issue. Recently hrt meds for the mother in law which where fine, proven by bloodwork

Well i guess its junk then given your explanation. Looks like i need another source in future for other things

HCG mimics LH, it doesn’t stimulate or increase LH.

Estradiol is primarily respondible for the negative feedback via FSH that is responsible for the testicular atrophy. As long as FSH is low your nads will be the size of peanuts.

Never take HCG daily. Refer to the Williams Textbook of endocrinology (I have 10th edition). You will not process daily. If your system is not resistent to HCG, then 500 IU twice a week works very well. Please note this will spike your estradiol as endogenous testosterone has a halflife of about 45 mins.

Why, praytell, are you measuring temperature daily. I presume you are not ovulating…

Thyroid is not an independent variable with respect to body temperature. For example, your temperature could be lower than usual and you find yourself taking a supplement when all you needed to do was eat.

Lastly, one of the more important hormones impacting thyroid is cotrisol. What is your am level? You could have a mild deficiency, the pineal gland releases melatonin in the evening, increasing gh and further suppressing cortisol into the deficient range. Now you are converting T4 to T3 at a rate you can’t keep up with (depleating your thyroid stores and you thought it was iodine.

Cortisol, Cortisol, Cortisol. It’s not only one of the most important hormones in the human body, but the only one that causes death within 72 hours if it drops to zero.

Do you use iodized salt?

Thank you! I thought this was the case. Thanks for the input

Yes. The leydid cells that produce testosterone are very sensitive to LH. The sertoli cells, manufacture sperm, are responsive to FSH and create 80% of testicular size.

Generally you can manage testicular atrophy by managine estradiol. Not too high, not too low and FSH continues to keep your nuts within an acceptable range. If T is off the chart it will also feedback on FSH.

My mistake. Thanks @systemlord. Still learning.

Ive lost zero size and have been shut down for 18 months.

You mean your FSH is below detection? Are you using HCG?

I was measuring first waking basal temperature because while researching the possibility of thyroid issues it came up time and again, and again, as an indicator towards thyroid problems.
Once i did i found i was consistently low upon waking. Down in the 35’s (Celsius).

I then read everything about iodised salt (yes it is now in out diets) and iodine deficiency etc. I noticed its in my animal pak shake at a good enough daily dosage but figured if i was already deficient that it wouldn’t be enough to replenish hence starting the 2 weeks of high dose iodine.

Regarding the rest of my supplements i would see vitamin d etc as good to be using anyway. Especially in dreary england during the winter lol.

As of late i have not got a cortisol reading. Nothing wrong in the past but its been a while so yes it would probably be a good idea to include in my next set of labs.

Thanks for your input

Yes it is and no I do not.

No problem, I’m still learning new things myself.
