I haven’t done a cycle before. I’ve been out of the gym for a year due to uncontrollable predicaments. I’m looking for some help to get back into it. I’ve worked out for 5 years before this most recent year. I’m no newbie, just trying to get back to where I was, or somewhat close.
My plan:
200mg test cyp 2x p/week for 6 weeks.
300mg once on week 7.
200mg once on week 8.
I need normal levels by week 10-11 for blood work.
Should I take nolva during and after?
