Help Me with My Diet On Cycle

So I just began a cycle of Test-e and Dbol. Going to run the Dbol weeks 1-4 and then wait two weeks and finish with weeks 8-12 with winny. Will be taking aromasin EOD and will do PCT with nolva. My question is a tricky one… I’ve fallen in to the terrible habit of eating one meal a day due to my job and time schedule. I pretty much work 12 hours a day stuck behind a desk. With only intaking about 1200-1500 calories a day, including protein shake, what kind of results can I expect? Stats are 5’6", weight is 170lbs

So you haven’t given us any details to work with in regards to how much gear you plan on taking or what your goals are. Using gear is much like every other thing you’ll encounter in life meaning that you often get results equal to the amount of effort you put into your cycle.
You’re already not eating enough (both frequency and calories) despite the fact that you have the best possible scenario to do the right thing. It’s not as if you’re running a jack hammer for 12 hours a day or digging a ditch…you’re stuck at a desk (which coincidentally looks just like a dinner table); prep some meals at night and take them to work with you. How damn hard is that?! If you’re not willing to make time to do the 3 basic things you have to do in order to grow (eat, train, sleep) then no amount of gear is going to help you overcome that. I would reconsider your gear use at this point until you have the basics figured out.

You really have no business on here with this topic… First, you don’t really give any details. Secondly, you talk about falling into a habit of eating one meal a day. Habits can be broken. suck it up and eat your meals. It doesn’t matter what gear you run if you can’t fuel your body. It sounds like you are just making excuses for not eating. You are eating like a bikini competitor. I wouldn’t expect much as far as results as long as you continue to eat excuses instead of meals. And please don’t say that you are unable to have your meals. If you are at a desk, you can eat. Just have all of your meals with you. You can eat them cold if you have to. It doesn’t have to be pretty in order to be functional and work. When I prep for shows, I have my meals with me no matter what. Also, who cares if it’s time for a meal and you aren’t hungry… Just force it down.

Standard stack, 250x2 test e, 40mg dbol daily. For those 12 hours, I have customers at my desk in and out all day. I’ll admit there are times during the day that I can take a short break. You have to get the standard job mindset out, there’s no set breaks here. It’s all commission based, so you make what you put out, so I’m constantly churning. I know it’s excuses and to truly get the results I want, I need to feed. I ate a couple boiled eggs this morning after workout, so that’s some extra calories there. I’ll try to make time during the day to stuff down a chicken breast or something.
As for goals, I’ve gotten a little pudgy around the midsection from my last go round so I want to kill that out. Wanting to add 10-15lbs of muscle and at the same time, lose that amount in fat. I’m doing cardio at night after my meal and working out in the morning for at least an hour.
I’ll also admit that my knowledge on nutrition isn’t quite up to snuff, that’s why I’m asking these questions. Ideally, what should my calorie intake be to see the results I want to see? Sorry for not giving all the information from the door.

Calculate your caloric maintenance for each day. Then compare that to what you’re taking in. At that point you’ll know if you’re in deficit, surplus, or right at maintenance. (My money is on deficit) You need to track your macros as well. How much of your calorie total is coming from protein/fat/carbs? Are you getting enough protein to grow? Once you calculate everything you’ll know for sure. From there you simply adjust your diet to fit your plan. You need to do a little legwork first and then you’ll have the information you need to start putting together a plan.

You can use something as simple as My Fitness Pal on your iPhone or Android. It’ll help you track calories and macros without having to do much work beyond typing in the name of what you ate.

Diet for bulking or cutting is same on juice as naty…you just get a boost from the chems…it’s not magic.
For bulking just try & eat 2g per lb protien. The rest will fall in place if eating clean. Obviously cholesterol can be a issue on juice so…less red meat…
