Well here’s a comparison of where I’m at this morning vs where I was at a month ago. My thoughts:
Front relaxed I don’t see a lot of change other than having significantly more vein on my left bicep now and looking a little tighter.
From the side I look a bit leaner.
From the back it looks like I’ve got more of a taper and less fat at the waist.
Front double bi my waist looks tighter and there’s some more separation between my bis and tris. I still don’t know how to pose.
I see the biggest change in my back double bi. My upper back looks significantly leaner to me now and my waist looks quite a bit tighter. To me it looks like there’s more of a taper than a mild sloping in.
I still have no idea what my weight is since I don’t have access to a scale. But I still don’t care. Update on the measurements:
Arms 15.75 no change
Calves 16.25 up 0.25 inches
Waist (navel) 31.25 down 1 inch
Waist (largest) 32 down 1.5 inches
Shoulders 48.5 no change but visually they look better and more full
Thighs 25.25 up 0.25 inches
So far this has been easy. Strength has gone up on all my lifts and my measurements are going the right way. I’ve felt quite good physically. I’m making a slight caloric reduction moving forward, averaging 100 per day. Over the week I’m averaging 2500 with 2 low carb days, 1 high carb day, and 4 normal days. Everything is headed in the right direction so I want to be happy but part of me wants this to be faster.
