Help Me Get Back to Normal After Cycle

Side note Ned…
The nerve damage issue is bro - science…
Somewhere in time it has been misconstrued from the fact that deca and its metabolites act less on nerves in specific tissues, less expression…
2 well known doctors in this game have confirmed that nerve damage is Not the case nor possible…
Doctors that are knowledgeable in AAS use are reluctant to say what the cause is because it is still very unclear. There is a study that exists ( private study) that states that the reward wathways become disturbed when nandralone is runs Alone… Ran alone shuts down test= no E2… No E2= no neural protection… No neural protection= damaged reward pathways…

The study made claims that the recovery times were up 5 times the time of usage for the dopaminergic pathway and 6 times for the seratonergic pathway… That being said, it is possible that 18 months needs to pass for deca’s “active” metabolites to clear then begin normalization…
Frickin deca…!

Deca is serious stuff, and yes, it takes a long time to clear. Hopefully with time your issues will subside. I think I would get some more blood work done.

I agree that 90% of what is “known” about deca is bro science. But at this point, im not willing to rule anything out completely.

Very serious stuff that I wish I had steered clear of from the very start! Hopefully others can benefit from our trials and tribulations.

I read what I thought was all there was to read about deca/Npp before starting it. I spent literally months reading about it daily.

Everything I read said caber fixed any issue you would have with it. WRONG. Any argument to the above statement was usually met with heavy resistance.

To people reading who are thinking about deca, RUN FROM THIS SHIT! You have no idea how your body will react to it until it is to late.

Hi Ned…
I was looking at your bloods above… Are you still suffering?
If so, you are suffering from AFS ( adrenal fatigue syndrome). More properly termed adrenal insufficiency.
When in this state the fight or flight mechanism is engaged, although you don’t feel it. the body is in a down regulated state. This is provable by your labs above. AM cortisol at 14 is too low. should be 20. Dhea-s is way to low. progesterone is to low… These are ALL adrenal hormones. Your adrenals are weak, either by a low signal or a weakened glands. It is well documented that Progestins bring on adrenal suppression. If one were to already be weakened when starting a course of progestins, it is the episode that pushed them over the symptomatic threshold.
Repair your adrenal cortex and you will improve…

Things have been/are slowly improving. Its been 2 years this coming December.

I completely agree that my adrenals are the problem. Time seems to be the only real cure.

I appreciate you checking in.

Good to hear bud…
I am with ya… I’m at 31 months and it’s slowly improving.
Not fast enough though…
Good luck buddy

Good to hear. It’s amazing it can take this long to recover but things seem to be getting better. I don’t notice it day to day, but when I look back 6 months ago, I better off today than I was then. and 6 months ago I was better than I was 12 months ago and so on…
