Help Me Calculate My Fat!!!

hey guys i use a olive oil spray which i use to cover the grill before cooking my meats. how do you measure the amount of oil used in this case???

im trying to currently hit a fat macronutrient level of approx 90g and want to be as accurate as possible measuring this any ideas???

Don’t sweat the small stuff.

Spray the same amount into a cup on a weight?

approx(imately) ← This is the key word here. Do you think it will really matter in the long run if you eat 88g of fat or 92g of fat a day? As long as you’re consistent, it doesn’t matter.

You can’t predict exactly how much of each macro you’ll need. Get roughly the right amount without worrying about minor things like a little bit of olive oil spray, unless you simply drown your meat in it. After that you’ll have to adjust things anyway.

Since you have this kind of dedication to getting results and doing things the best you can. Redirect that energy into something more productive. The attention and drive can be better put to use then the result you could get from the micro management of cooking spray.

follow the thread about the cinnamon and the acv. That should be more productive then cooking spray management.

You could spray your grill with either paper towel or cellophen under it then compare its weight with a before weight. WHen you see how little this is, you should see why you should redirect your attention to something with greater dividends.

lol, if you really want to be anal, just use coconut oil and scoop out  or don’t use the spray oil and pour the liquid from a measuring cup

If you’re going to be anal about this then do it right. Weigh the can before and after.

Way to go matt. You are the captain obvious of the day. I like to think i’d have though of that when I’m dong something stupid like spraying clear wrap lol.
