Help for Planing a Cycle

Hi all,

I’m Alex, ex pro climber, gym rat for the last 3 years. I’m about 178 cm tall, 79kg, bf around 12.

As a climber I was always kind of skinny, training more for strenght. Last year I’ve done susta 250 every other day for 8 weeks + dbol 20mg and adex for the first 3 weeks. Was a easy recovery with little sides, kept 8kg and was really happy with it.

Now I’ve got a job offshore so 14 days I’m home then 14 at work where I can’t take any needles. Is there any option to do a bulking cycle with this schedule?

Seriously not really you will have sides and up and downs like crazy.

Not a good idea to go on cycle right now. No need to be in a hurry either. I’m assuming you’re still relatively young and you’ve already gained quite some weight after your climbing career in a relative short amount of time. It should be possible to maintain some momentum now that you’re not as skinny (since you’re not Sharma, I’m talking muscles here, not fat) anymore. Just focus on your lifting and diet for a while. I would recommend some patience here.

I don’t know what you’re currently doing to gain muscle mass but if you want some advice on that maybe post your program and diet?

can you train and eat clean while at work?

if so, you could look into the “short cycle theory”…
