Help, 23 Yrs Old, Lab Test Result

This is my lab test result one and half years ago.

-Estradiol 95 pmol/L (50-128)
-LH 3.1 IU/L (0.8-6.1)
-FSH 3.9 IU.L (1.5-12.4)
-Progesterone 1.4 nmol/L (0.7-4.3)
-Prolactin 236 mIU/L (80-390)
-Testosterone 22.09 nmol/L (9.9-27.8)
-SHGB 50 nmol/L (11-52)
-Free Androgen Index 44.18% (15.5 -102)

Any advice on what i should do ? Is my SHGB too high ? How should i optimise my hormones ?

Thank you guys!

You need E2 near 22pg/ml, you are close at 25

Prolactin seems elevated.

TT and LH/FSH are consistent.
Problem is not from E2, but perhaps with prolactin.

What you can do depends on where you are located.

Your FT will be low, that is what you feel.

Thank you KSman, what are effective way to reduce prolactin and e2 that you may suggest?

Taking a blood test from over one and a half years ago, especially if you are having no negative symptoms, and using drugs to “optimize” your hormones sounds like horribly bad idea to me.

No one can tell you where your “optimal” levels should be.

Your levels can be and likely are very different than mine or KSman’s or anyone else’s.

Are you having negative symptoms that you are concerned about your levels and that is why you want to manipulate them?

At least take another test, see what sort of trend lines are developing.

If you are physically feeling “good” note your levels for future instances where you aren’t feeling well and you can then see where your individual balances may be out off.

Lets make SixString happy and go back to the beginning:

What are your symptoms and changes that you can describe.

Just in case you missed that.

I think that your SHBG WAS pushing down your FT.

You do need current labs and more than what you had.
Would rather see FT than SHBG.
