Yea man. I became stressed to the point of illness and now my workouts suck, making me more stressed.

Anxiety can be a viscous cycle. I’ve had a ton of stress at work and financially, causing some health problems, but am finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. Hope you get the shit worked out man.

Not a while. When I was younger, I had terrible asthma. I seriously couldn’t play sports until middle school. It sucked. Now, I get to deal with the aftermath by getting chronic bornchitis and horrible respiratory infections. This one I have now is just the worst its ever been. I got out of breath today putting on a pair of sweat pants. This shit gets so bad when it flares up.

Yea, it is getting to the point where I am going to have to go see a specialist for my anxiety. I honestly can’t tell if I have all this anxiety built up or if I’m just really pissed off all the time.

Hmm. That is a surprisingly accurate diagram.

I’ve been looking forward to “Jumpin’ on Stuff for Pullin’ More Stuff” and “Supplements that Don’t Suck Part 2” for awhile now!

Jk…well kinda. Those blog updates have gotten me pretty damn close to spitting up my coffee while being extremely helpful. Just one question, on that throat press video you made did you say the westside record was 530 for 3? I can’t even begin to picture someone doing that.

The guys at Westside do weird stuff
