Health-Conscious Lifters, What Are Some of Your Staple Foods?

I remember limiting my fat intake to 20g per day. I suppose it goes to show that you can be fairly reckless and not shut everything down.

Mine are whole wheat pasta, almonds and salmon.

Eggs! Walnuts, kale, spinach, mushrooms

Mushrooms are high in magnesium and other essential vitamins and minerals.

Goat cheese.

Blueberries…

A good quick meal is canned tuna, cottage cheese, and hot sauce. Real easy to make, relatively cheap, and a good amount of protein. And I really like the taste.

You mix this together? Lol

Absolutely. I typically nuke the tuna then add the cottage cheese and hot sauce.

Savage. I like it.

I like mixing canned tuna with white rice and soy sauce. Nice and light but filling.

Right now it’s chuck steak, oyster blade, canned salmon, rice, oatmeal and any sort of starchy legume. I’ve also been eating a ton of Sauerkraut because I found an affordable brand and it’s good to actually add some texture

That’s 2 of my more hated ingredients in there…

And you microwave the tuna!! I couldn’t even bring myself to do that, let alone eat it haha

That sauerkraut is an awesome proboits also. One of the top metabolism foods for lean mass gains.
