Three nights running I’ve had some severe bedtime issues with restless leg syndrome. Just as my brain starts drifting off, my legs wake up and say, “Let’s Party!” I’m losing sleep, my wife is losing sleep. Having to snuggle up with an ice pack in February is strange territory. I feel beat up, too. I think a real de-load is a good idea right now.

Try getting magnesium in your diet, including some before bed. Wife had restless leg bad, no more, sleeps like a baby. We both supplement with 800+ mg a day.

I’ve tried Magnesium Oxide, but I don’t know that’s the right one. M. Glycinate may be the better option? I know it’s not M. Citrate (shit-rate) - that’s bowel prep stuff.
