That ends the cycle. I genuinely feel beat up, so I will de-load again. I think the secondary movements (RDL, CGBP, Hack Squat) may be the culprit. And I’ve consistently weighed-in around the mid-230’s so I have started to reverse some of the weight loss. A slight adjustment seems necessary.
