3.5 mile walk in 60 minutes. Spectacular sunny and pleasant day with a view of the snowy Sierras.
Do I have goals for 2022? Sure.
Improve squatting. Not something measurable, I just want to feel stronger shooting out of the hole.
Improve upper back strength. Maybe multiple sets of BW pullups should be in my future. Both losing weight and extra focus on tugging will help lead me in that direction.
I want to cut my med load. 3 blood pressure, 2 blood sugar, and a statin (which raises my blood glucose levels, I’m sure) is just too damn much. Obviously. The problem is any improvement in my bloodwork proves they are working and justification for their continued prescription.
