Hey. I feel really dumb right now but for several years I’ve been mixing my HCG with regular sodium chloride not bac water. The first few times I bought it, it was Pregnyl, which comes with bac water but since then it’s been Ovidac and PureTrig and I just assumed it was the same. My question is: should I just assume that I’ve more or less not been taking HCG as I guess only the first one or two shots from each bottle has been fresh and not degraded? I’ve just ordered some bac water. Thinking I need to start over

I’ll come in here to save your day since you are left hanging. Bacteria can grow in a HCG/water solution. This doesn’t happen in oils like with steroids. Most likely your HCG is/was in tact the entire time but you were risking iinjecting a non-sterile solution since there was no alchol in it.
