What is the recommended dosage and frequency for HCG PREGNYL to maintain function and testicular size or in my case restore it. I’ve been on TRT for approximately 4 years and just recently added in HCG to restore testicular function room and size. I’m currently doing 300iu EOD, should I raise it? Or do 500iu twice a week? Help

Yea, he did he said 500iu twice weekly. But like everyone else I saw numerous different things? Thats why im posting this
That’s pretty standard. I would get blood after a few weeks. HCG spiked my estrogen and I had to start an ADex which then tanked my estrogen. To me, it wasn’t worth it, but I was done having kids.

500iu 2xweek - tomato, tomato. Writing from memory so YMMV. I think there are many different recommendations depending on the purpose - ball restoration versus infertility. So, the bad news, is you have to read it all and decide for yourself.
