I have asked in the past to try HCG from my local doc and have gotten the answer NO , because of the possibility of blood clotting …
Where does this chance come from ?
Is it the HCG itself or because of injection frequency…

From the Pregnyl drug fact sheet, “In rare instances, thromboembolism has been associated with FSH/hCG therapy, usually associated with severe OHSS”. Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome OHSS is not even possible in men and is likely associated with elevated estrogen and progesterone. The same reason women need to be aware of the thromboembolism risk using birth control pills, especially smokers and older women.
