Dude, this is where you’re exaggerating. Despite a cultural breakdown (which includes female and male behavior generally) there are still many great American women out there.
I am not talking specifically about you, but there are many men who share our mutual opinions, thoughts, and observations, who exaggerate on many issues, to the point at which they generalize to the utmost degree, as if there absolutely no great women to settle down with.
Some run into two problems: 1) They want women that don’t match them or who will not go for them. 2) They don’t open do enough looking around to see just how many young and available women are there.
If someone doesn’t want a hard-driven wonder woman who spends hefty hours at work, and doesn’t stay or make the home much (including food preparation and making sandwiches, seriously), then one can simply go for a sedate, more laid-back woman. They’re all over. I see them around my town and working in supermarkets, hair salons, departments stores, restaurants, healthcare, non-profit businesses and so on. There are plenty of women with professions like social work, occupational, speech, and physical therapy who are not run ragged and don’t have type-A personalities that are prevalent in other professions.
My wife makes far more than sandwiches. Perhaps go for an Italian-American woman if you want a lot of food prepared. )
