Monday
Left work early to give me enough time to hit my legs pretty hard, but got to the gym and the squat rack was being used for a class to do stretching… decided to just hit chest since everything else was being used.
Pretty dumb, the classes take over the whole weight room and there wasn’t access to anything without having to step over people doing random useless exercises. Honestly, I don’t know why anyone who pay the trainers there. They don’t look like they could do a single pushup.
Sunday
Had a double header and finally played like I did in College, only took me all season. I went 4-7 with 4 doubles.
Monday
PB Day
Had ~220P, 50C, 110F. The Carbs came from green beans and 1/2cp of rice with dinner.
Tuesday
Very similar to Monday, although it didn’t come from PB. For example, lunch was 20pcs of Salami, 1/3lb Turkey, 4slices Swiss Cheese and a lot of Green Beans.

Weighed in at 236! Down another pound. I actually feel a bit leaner in my stomach area now.
Baseball games went well yesterday. We made it to the playoffs! I closed the last game and had 4 strikeouts in one inning. The catcher dropped the third strike and the batter made it safely to first. Then I struck out the other three outs. Also, hit 2 balls to the warning track, think I need to hit the weight room. That’s 7 warning track shots in 2 weeks. Quad cramped up pretty bad too. Trying to foam roll/stretch and get it taken care of.

Diet is on point. About to eat 10oz of Ground Turkey, 2 eggs and a handful of Brussel Sprouts. Tomorrow is a bachelor party that I am throwing for someone and a playoff baseball game Saturday morning at 10am, which I’m the starting pitcher. I will probably won’t hit it too hard tomorrow and be the responsible adult. Would love to hit 235lbs this weekend.
It’s been a long time since I’ve logged, I’ve been keeping it up but been extremely busy. The baseball season is over, we made it to the playoffs. Despite having a less than stelar season, I hit really well in playoffs including a grand slam. Also pitched well with a win and a save, though, it came at the expense of my elbow hurting for two weeks. (finally better today)

Hit a beltless back squat triple at 295
8 Pullups 45lbs
Conditioning has gotten much better. Did ten minutes straight alternating 1 minute of farmers walks with 225lbs directly followed by 135lb OH carries without rest.
