is hovering around 170 now, I can’t tell
if a bodyweight press is very close or very
far away :<

Same thing happened as last week, tried to
press on monday which was epic fail. Seems
I need two days off after squats to recover
properly. Onwards~

Hm to stop diet or not to stop! I feel as though
I’ve hit a plateau whered I’d have to go pretty drastic
to lose any more weight. Objectively I’m pretty scrawny
right now lol, this could be a good time to start gorging
myself on carbs.
