AGREED.

However, in response to your question, the fitter you are and the less fat you carry, the harder alcohol hits. You are going to have to re-learn your tolerances- they will have changed.

Also, when you first started drinking your liver was still fresh and young. It could handle more toxins. The more you drink, the more cumulative damage occurs. The hangovers get more common
and worse.

I agree. I started drinking when I was 12( not to mention the other drugs I did recreational). By the time I was 14 I was a alcoholic, drinking at least a fifth of 80 proof & 12 pack a week. Not to mention a ounce of hydro a week habit at that.

now that im almost 22, I barely drink. It hits me harder now than ever and if I even try to smoke a little herb with it, watch out.As I got older and more built, the more I wasnt able to drink as much. Maybe it’s the splittin a fifth of whickey & vodca 2 or 3 times a week for about 1 year straitwhen I was 19. But it just strait fuck’s up all my gain in the gym and set’s me back when I do drink.

My personal opinion would be to not drink at all. It lowers you Testosterone, impairs muscle recovery, and fuck’s up your liver in the long run. And if you do drink, pace yorself and only drink on holiday’s or a couple times a year. You will have better results in the gym and when you do drink you will enjoy it as long as you dont over do it.

For instance, I am realy buzzed writting this right now.First time ive drunk in about 2 months(3 bud’s and a quarter fifth of 1800 Reposado, not bad compared to when I just turned 21 an I was drinkin half a fifth of Everclear every friday, not to mention the other stit in-between).By the way Biggie & Pac is blasting right now on Sirius Shade 45

Hope this helps some and you can learn from people like myself’s mistakes, so you dont have to fuck up so many years like I did.

be responsible. When you drink and drive

Be responsible… “WHEN” you drink and drive, not even an “IF” you drink and drive?

Are you kidding. I think anyone who drinks and drives is a moron. A complete moron who has no respect for him/herself, the people in the car (if there any) and everyone else out on the road. I dont care who you are, no matter how much you can handle, you shouldnt drink and drive. Notice I didnt say “you shouldnt drive drunk” I said you shouldnt drink and drive. Theres no difference.

Just think about what you would do if you or someone you loved got hurt (to say the least) because of a drunk driver. I know I (as well as most others on here) would go nuts if this happened. It shouldnt have to happen to you (or anyone) to realize it CAN happen, and eventually will.

Driving requires extreme amounts of responsibility, learning to get a fuckin ride home if youre going to be drinking is one of them. Do yourself, as well as everyone else who lives in your town: dont drink and drive![/quote]

For real, this is real talk, real knowledge. Dont drink and drive. I drinked and drived for a couple years strait almost every other day. I was in a couple accident. One of them I ping ponged off a couple trees doing 45, drunk off a half gallon I drank myself & a quarter of hydro between me and 2 other. Lets just say I shouldnt be alive today if you looked at the pictures of that totaled out van.

For real, liquor leads to wickedness & death if not done responsible. At least thats the way it is out here in the coutry sides of West Michigan. Done had to many friends die, same does for my friends & family, way to many tears shed.
