Happy Memorial Day everyone.
Hopefully we can all take a moment to remember what today is all about.
A special thank you to all my fellow T Nationers who serve or served in the armed forces as well as those who put their life on the line every day as Fire, EMS and Police.
Thank you all for your service.
Without you this world would be a very different place.
