This thread is about Jesse Macbeth not GW. What are your feelings about Mr. Macbeths actions?

You can find kooks on both sides.

What do you think of this guy? He was a regular contributor to Free Republic, a right wing website:

I’ll see your Jesse Macbeth and raise you a Chad Castenga.

From what I read he seems like a douchebag. What do you think about Macbeth claiming his false service? Macbeth is a whole level of douchebag you can’t begin to understand unless you served your country. Castenga sounds like a nutjob. I am interested, what do you think about Macbeths actions dishonoring our heroes like he did? Why won’t you answer that, I answered your question about Castenga. Do you admire Macbeth or something? Just answer the question, please!

Brad61, are you there? I answered your question, why don’t you answer mine? What is your opinion of Mr. Macbeth and his dishonoring of America’s true heroes?[/quote]

What is the big deal here? If the guy is lying, he sucks. If he’s not, he’s a hero. Duh…

If he is lying? Are you seriously asking the question, if he is lying? Ranger school is 61 days not 18 mths. He has nevered served in the armed forces, his record has been checked. He is lying and you have to be RETARDED not to know that. The big deal is that this cunt dishonored every soldier that ever served or died for their country in any conflict.

The Ranger and Special Forces tradition are some of the most honored and elite units in the world. Many men have died for what those traditions stand for(and for people like you, but you probably don’t care) and this douche concocts a big lie for liberal political bullshit and slanders their great names. Do you know how hard it is to become a Ranger or Green Beret my friend? It is a little different than playing high school football bud. Don’t you have any respect for the guys that put their life on the line for you everyday, regardless of the way you feel about them, they are willing to die for you? This guy slanders their name with lies and it is no big deal to you, well it is a big deal to them and me.

And me. And to everyone with a heart (and a brain).

“Released Gitmo Detainee Arrested En Route To Iraq…”

So that’s why the libtards want the detainees to be released.

Ah, the famous:

Better incarcerate them all instead of letting one innocent go…

What happened to:

Kill them all and let God sort them out?

Idiotic and cost efficient!

Who says you can`t have it all?

On a sidenote, Italy and Germany would really like to speak to some of your agents, as far as they are concerned kidnapping and torture are pretty serious crimes…

With Italian judges forcing abortions on people I think they do not have any moral high ground.

These debates always degrade into tit for tat.

This guy is a rat.

orion,

Good to have you on here with your prejudices and gross misunderstandings.

You do know what an easy target you present?

Let me amend one of your sentences to reflect your country’s recent past:

austrian of 1938-1945: “Just kill them all.”

But you can wrap your head around the idea that I do not want to be kidnapped in my own country just because of one rather questionable decision a Italian judge made?

And whats even more important, I do not feel that the US has the right to spit on our laws, at least not on the ones were actually serious about, and still feel they are actually figting he good fight.

When you come here, kidnapp our citizens, drag them into other countries and have them tortured, you are the terrorists, or at the very least, a criminal organization.

The fact that our governments actually co-operated, these fucking spineless wimps, these pussified excuses for a government that have lost any moral authority whatsoever…

Excuse me, while I de-foam…

Plus, that a Musim could actually see it as a religious duty to fight in a Musim country that was occupied should have been clear since the crusades.

Another cultural difference that caught you off-guard?

Not true, cause Hitler said " wer ein Jude ist bestimm ich".

Do you know what an incredibly easy target you are when your only comment is the Nazis did it too?

I still don’t understand how capturing international terrorists is kidnapping.

I will not defend the mistakes made but if a country is harboring a terrorist I support Americas right to capture or even kill him.

If Italy does not want America capturing terrorists on their soil perhaps they should do a better job of keeping them out.

MOST…OF THEM…WERE NOT…TERRORISTS…ACCORDING…TO THE PENTAGON.

No, they weren?t.

What they were, were free citizens which happened to have the wrong names (Arabic names translate oh so badly into English)
or people who whorshipped an invisible man in the sky in the wrong building.

What happened then was that organized crime that had allready corrupted our governments took them from their homes and families and transferred them to secret locations to kick the shit out of them.

Now, even if they had had links to terrorists, which most of them did not, we have a system in place that is very like the former US law system, like habeas corpus and due process.

It rests on rather romantic ideals like “in dubio pro reo”, the European declaration of human rights and 1000 years of the attempt to limit governmnet powers back the the Magna Carta.

As I said, in these cases YOU ARE THE TERRORISTS.

Or the Mafia, you choose.

But hey let us turn that around:

The US harbours a lot of terrorist supporters and a fresh new posse of war criminals:

Is it ok if we kidnapp them to, no, not torture them, give them a fair trial?

As I said I will not defend mistakes but far too many of the “innocent” people that have been released by the US have been subsequently identified as terrorists.

And as I said, by the same logic we could abduct a shitload of people out of the USA.

It is only a matter of time before a populist political leader actually does this.

Think Chavez, what then?

Or even better, think Chavez with nukes, what then?

Why would I, you leave ours alone too.

No , IRA and IRAN contra supporters, people starting illegal wars (US nuremberg definitions), sponsors of dictatorships…

Or best of all, only those that kidnapp or citizens, but all the way up the foodchain please.

Give us Condie…
