Well, for me, I find them to be a little awkward. I can tell they are burning the crap out of my hamstrings, but it feels so unnatural, and I have to think about not doing strange ankle flexion type stuff. With leg extensions it’s just more like HOLY HELL QUAD BURN!

A lot of people in here seem to get off on working out…
Anyway, I also hate laying-leg-curls, not because they’re painful, but because I do them on the end of my hammie day, with one leg at a time, and the amount of weight I can do is… humbling

Maybe because how I do them (slow constant tension) they get super difficult halfway through the set and like the last four or five are brutally HORRRENDOUS. SO HARD.

You can pre plan a carb up and some beef the night before, but one LITTLE thing is off with your set up and BOO, it effs up.
