I’m gonna make up an answer! LOL. I always did DB bench it was in my program from my coach. I switched to BB when I started 5 3 1. It’s a love hate relationship. It’s just so fucking hard! And I do love a challenge. I may switch back to DB if I comletely stop making progress, but I’m more inclined to stick with it. The weights aren’t heavy enough to hurt my joints I don’t think… I guess I figure I like the challenge of 5 3 1 and I can’t imagine it HURTs my physique to BB bench for awhile at least.
